a match is found, the email address is added to the
client’s file. Also, The Domain of the Company/Site
are Verified manually along with the Email Topology
to finalize the email address, which is further verified
via our Proprietary Email Append Software Control Process.
We will be able to deliver between 30% to 45% of the
Appended Records Matched within 2 – 3 weeks. The
email addresses that are appended will be those matched
and are successfully deliverable – This will be
forwarded to the client.
We need to pursue the rest via our Email Append Plus
program and manually and will be able to verify test
emails to email patterns based on Domains. These appended
records can be sent within the next 1 - 2 weeks (after
