What are pre-packaged lists?
Pre-packaged Lists are ready to use lists that make it easy to launch your telemarketing, email or direct mail campaigns whenever needed at short notice. These lists can be purchased off the shelf – Pre-packaged lists consist of complete contact details like Contact Name, Phone number, Email Address, Title, Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Fax etc. across verticals like Sales & marketing, utilities, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, IT etc.

Explain the list matching and list updating process?
The input data file we receive from the client is matched against ListOrbit's master database through an automated process. We match business records by contact name (first name, last name), company name and address. When a match is found, the email address is appended to the client's file. Also, the email and domain of the company are verified manually to match with the email topology. This is further affirmed by our proprietary email append software.

We deliver 35% to 85% of the appended records matched within 2 to 4 weeks - as we need to send an Opt-out mailers and wait for the response. The email addresses that are appended will be those matched and are successfully deliverable. We perform a final email list hygiene process on deliverable matched records before returning results.

We update our list using the USPS database, ECOA process and other data sources on a weekly basis. Our telemarketing team makes calls every year to verify and up-date the lists. Our 350-member team is solely dedicated to building, verifying and updating the data.

What is email appending and how does the process work?
Email Appending is a simple and powerful service for adding active and deliverable email addresses onto your customer/prospect file. It’s a great way to get a clean, permission-based list to which you can market. We match information contained in the client file with our master database of more than 80 million corporate domain email topologies. The result is an email database containing fields of names, postal addresses and emails.

What is the expected append/match rate?
The match rate you can anticipate depends on 2 main factors. Firstly it is the nature of your database. Typically business data files provide higher append & match rates. The target audience demographics of a group of individuals those are likely to have email accounts. Secondly it is the number of Domains or total records in the vendors database. Naturally the larger the database the higher will be the rate of a successful match.
